Do you have a native level of Dutch? Would you like to work in one of the most prestigious companies in the financial sector? Then this interests you!
Your mission will be to provide customer service in the Dutch and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.
*** Requirements: ***
· Required languages: Dutch Native and English Advanced (minimum C1).
· Required experience: Experience in customer service.
· Others requirements: Residence in Madrid.
*** What do we offer you? ***
· Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
· Full time 39 hours/week.
· Salary of €22k gross per year.
· Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
· Modality of work: On-site.
· On site training from Monday to Thursday, from 9am to 6pm, and Friday, from 9am to 4pm.
